We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at HomeFitnessZA.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some personal-use items may not be eligible for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
